Kiki Reef is chief operating officer at MSMC, responsible for overseeing the processes, best practices, and culture of the organization in order to create an enriching environment for its associates and clients alike. Kiki has long experience in entrepreneurship, event and conference production, broadcasting operations, film and video postproduction, the music/recording industry, and advertising. She also makes a mean Singapore Sling.

Mihi Joshi is head writer and project manager at MSMC. Since 2013, Mihi has worked in marketing in various capacities and locations, from marketing platforms in Silicon Valley to Refrigeration Contractors in Canada. She’s passionate about content creation, the Raptors, and spending time with her rambunctious puppy, Coco. Mihi holds a Master’s in Media, Culture and Communication from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing from Colorado College.

Alexis Irvin is a writer, social media specialist, and filmmaker. Since 2015, Alexis has created written and video content to help startups, corporations, non-profits, and entrepreneurs grow their audiences and build their brands. Her feature documentary film Blood, Sweat, and Beer was acquired by Hulu and featured in USA Today and The Washington Post. Previously a technical writer at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland, Alexis now resides in sunny Los Angeles, California.
