MSMC conducted a full-scale content audit to identify and tag every content asset ever created by Billtrust in order to align them with future buyers’ journeys, personas, and other marketing planning.
A longtime leader in accounts receivable automation who had just made several strategic acquisitions, Billtrust brought us in to:
• Conduct a content audit of their existing assets, consisting of many hundreds of items
• Tag and categorize those assets so they could plug them into GTM and nurture campaigns
• Develop new content and messaging around key initiatives that included their global Business Payments Network, among others
• Consult on a new project management and content development process to replace the existing one, which lacked accountability, clearly defined objectives, or even a content calendar
