Evisort is a leading legal AI company whose Contract Intelligence Platform gives enterprises extraordinary visibility into their contract estate — surfacing the insights and opportunities buried in agreements that most organizations can’t easily access. The platform serves legal, finance, procurement, and operations teams at large enterprises managing complex contract portfolios.
The Challenge
When Evisort’s marketing engagement began, the company was effectively starting from zero. A CMO transition had put marketing efforts on pause, leaving no active content calendar, no cohesive messaging framework, and a pipeline that needed to move quickly. The work required wasn’t incremental improvement — it was building a functioning marketing operation from scratch while simultaneously generating MQLs.
The Work
Messaging Architecture & Brand Story
Developed Evisort’s comprehensive messaging architecture from the ground up — corporate narrative, product messaging, and the brand story positioning Evisort as the platform that delivers “unparalleled visibility, insights, and opportunities to drive business success.” This foundation became the strategic backbone for every content and campaign effort that followed.
Go-to-Market & Demand Generation
With messaging in place, built and executed demand gen campaigns across the funnel to fill Evisort’s MQL pipeline — quickly. Work included:
- Prospecting and nurture email campaigns targeting key verticals
- Sales enablement and social campaigns supporting outbound motions
- Webinar and event promotion campaigns, including product ISO certification announcements
- Demand gen content aligned to Evisort’s priority use cases and buyer personas
The speed and output of this work was notable: according to Evisort’s CMO, the content and demand gen efforts helped rapidly fill the MQL pipeline — and may have contributed to making Evisort an attractive acquisition target for Workday.
Content Calendar & Editorial Execution
Built a complete content calendar from scratch to support multiple initiatives across Evisort’s key verticals — providing the structure and sequencing a marketing team coming out of a pause urgently needed. Then executed against it: researching, writing, and editing blog posts, case studies, core website pages, and more, with SEO, AEO, and GEO guidance applied throughout.
Ghostwriting
Ghostwrote thought leadership and other content for Evisort’s senior leadership, giving company voices a consistent presence in the market during a period of internal transition.
Project Management & Operations
Re-implemented Asana for content marketing project management and provided interim project management for the team — reducing bottlenecks, eliminating fragmentation, and establishing the operational infrastructure needed to sustain a high-output content program.
The Result
The results came fast. Within approximately one month, organic traffic to the blog increased by 316%. The demand gen engine filled Evisort’s MQL pipeline so quickly that Sales and Implementation teams couldn’t keep pace with inbound demand. Revenue grew 35% in just six months, setting up 370% growth over the following year.
According to Evisort’s CMO, the content and demand gen efforts may have contributed to making Evisort an attractive acquisition target for Workday — which ultimately acquired the company.
In a compressed timeline, Evisort went from a marketing operation on pause to a high-output content and demand gen engine with a coherent brand story and the infrastructure to sustain it.
