He brings 30+ years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing communication including long tenures in content marketing, website creation, promotional marketing, direct marketing, sales support, event and conference marketing, public relations, and branding to bear on client needs. He has deep, specific expertise in technology marketing, medical/professional marketing and other B2B segments.  He’s also a proud graduate of Michigan State University and has been a guest lecturer at other institutions on various marketing disciplines.

Kiki Reef is chief operating officer at MSMC, responsible for overseeing the processes, best practices, and culture of the organization in order to create an enriching environment for its associates and clients alike. Kiki has long experience in entrepreneurship, event and conference production, broadcasting operations, film and video postproduction, the music/recording industry, and advertising. She also makes a mean Singapore Sling.

Michelle Mercer is a senior writer and content strategist who writes about a wide range of topics in various industries, including technology, science, education, and outdoor recreation. She has a degree in Journalism from Butler University, and her marketing career includes over a decade in major-market radio. Michelle appreciates the opportunity to write content focused on current best business practices including diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. She enjoys an active lifestyle in beautiful Bend, Oregon, with her two teenagers.
